We are a local family business who have been providing cleaning services in homes since 2007.
The proprietor Mervyn Jackman, has much experience for the role. Past employment included Ships Steward (Merchant Navy) - things HAD to be clean - or else!, then Petty Officer, following a course in book-keeping Mervyn eventually joined a major logistics company as Customer Services Manager and ending up as Company Administration Manager.
Redundancy brought about the birth of Jackman Fabric Care (carpet & upholstery cleaning) which was launched in 2004. Home Maids was born after many customers were asking Mervyn about home cleaning, so as a direct response to this it was decided to provide this service also.
